- Agree a detailed brief with the client that fully encompasses all the key elements of the role.
- Research the market using our extensive database compiling a list of target organisations and individuals to be discussed and approved with the client.
- Contact potential candidates in order to gauge their interest and suitability for the role.
- Interview and assess candidates and produce a full report on each short listed candidate covering their personal details, qualifications, career history, achievements and availability together with an expert assessment of intellect, disposition and technical skills, and details of current compensation.
- Arrange candidate interviews with the client and conduct follow up reviews with candidate and client thereafter.
- Work with the client in structuring an offer to a preferred candidate and facilitate in negotiating final terms with the candidate to affect a resignation.
- Conduct in-depth reference checks if so required.
- Maintain ongoing relationship with candidate and provide feedback to you as required.
