The founders, Richard Valentine and Basil Reid Thomas, previously worked together for a number of years at Whitney Group where they ran the European Asset Management practice. In 2010, they were joined by Elizabeth Williamson, previously a Partner in the Asset Management Practice of Whitehead Mann and Jonathan Bray, previously a Director in the Wealth Management Practice of Norman Broadbent.
