As an executive search firm, we conduct assignments on behalf of our clients which require identification, evaluation and selection of qualified candidates. Within our proprietary and highly confidential database we may retain a variety of personal data including your contact details (together with your e-mail address and mobile number) and other relevant information from your CV, and/or the public domain or third party sources including career and education history and professional relevance.

If you are engaged with us as a potential candidate in connection with specific executive search assignments your data may also include, without limitation: nationality/employment status and gender (only to the extent allowed by law), compensation details, a record of our contact history with you and comments/informal verification from third parties. We advise you not to provide information which may be deemed sensitive on your CV as we will retain any documents that you have provided. You maintain the right to withdraw your consent at any time or to access and request that we rectify or remove your record from our database.
